At the moment I have no check out system set up on this website please pay by cheque (allow seven days for cheque to get to me and clear) soon there will be a paypal checkout system in place for secure credit card ordering.

Delivery

Due to all my pieces are handmade by me, delivery can be up to six weeks depending on whether the piece is in stock, a delivery estimate will be given when the piece is ordered.

Terms & Conditions

If an item is purchased from this website I am happy to give a full refund if the item is returned in the same condition it was sent within fourteen days. Claims of damaged goods or shortages must be made within three days of delivery.
All damages are to be returned for repair or replacement.
(Please note that for hygiene purposes and in common with other jewellers, I am unable to accept returns of earrings for pierced ears, unless they are found to be faulty).
All items are sold pro forma; all money must be received before the item is sent. If a piece is commissioned, fifty per cent of the total cost must be paid upfront before the item is made; the other fifty per cent must me paid before the item is sent.
All prices are subject to change without notice. This is due to fluctuation in metal prices.
